Implementation of strip class and position for calibration v2

1. Implemented strip class and position of strip in order to recreate mask calibration run and verify mapping. Included addition of energy in case of multiplicity = 2 (particles hitting near the strip boundary) but might need to take into account higher multiplicities
2. Changed baseline window to be relative to the max of the trace. Added pre and post baseline windows to better account for local variation. Corrected line in code that was failing to subtract the baseline from the maxADC. The energy integral window is small and localized near the max of the trace and changed the normalization of the energy so that it's really an average rather than an integral.
