Welcome to the Health-Care-Facility management system. This application helps health care facilities manage patient registration, appointments, records, and pharmacy billing. Follow the steps below to download and set up the application.
Before you install the application, make sure your system meets these requirements:
- Operating System: Windows 10 or later, macOS Sierra or later
- RAM: 4 GB minimum
- Processor: Intel i3 or equivalent
- Java Runtime Environment: Version 8 or later (you can download it here)

- Click the link above.
- Look for the latest version.
- Download the appropriate file for your system.
- Follow the installation instructions below.
- Locate the downloaded file in your computer's downloads folder.
- Double-click the file to start the installation.
- Follow the on-screen prompts to complete the installation.
- Once installed, you can find the application in your Programs or Applications folder depending on your operating system.
- Open the Application: Find and double-click the Health-Care-Facility icon on your desktop.
- Login or Register: If it’s your first time, you will need to create a new account. Enter the required information and submit.
- Navigate the Dashboard: Use the menu to access features like Patient Registration, Appointments, and Billing.
- Add Patient Information: Click on Patient Registration. Fill in all required fields and save.
- Schedule Appointments: Use the appointment feature to book slots for patients easily.
- Manage Records: You can view, edit, or delete patient records as needed.
If you encounter issues, consider the following solutions:
- Application Won’t Start: Ensure your Java Runtime is up to date. Visit the Java website to update.
- Error Messages: Take note of any error messages displayed and check our FAQs or open an issue on GitHub.
- Not Responding: Try restarting the application. If the issue persists, a system restart may help.
