This will allow the User Story, Defect, and Task id fields to become links that will open their corresponding item in a new window/tab. I've seen this on the Rally idea site, and it something that we've built for our internal use on Rally SaaS. I'm initiating this Pull Request in the hopes that it can be bundled into the standard task board.
