feat: add smart banner and universal links for folo domains

Description

Add Smart App Banner metadata for desktop web and SSR pages using app-id=6739802604 and app-argument=folo://.
Add Universal Links support for folo.is, app.folo.is, and dev.folo.is by serving AASA from SSR (Fastify + worker) and adding Cloudflare routes.
Update mobile and desktop app entitlements/configs and intent parsing so HTTPS links on supported hosts route correctly in app.
