Bump @biomejs/biome to 2.5.3 and TypeScript to 7.0.2. Run biome check with linter disabled to reorganize imports and apply formatting. Update justfile command accordingly.

TypeScript 7 uses the new compiler written in Go that's 10x faster that the old version.
The old update to the newest version of Wails failed because it uses gtk4 by default now, but I've made it build using gtk3 on the newest version and it appears to work fine.
