Verify message
Added the replay function so that when message heard, receiver can pick up messages. Replay is a built in Amazon function called AMAZON.ReplayIntent.
Removed the AMAZON repeat intent built in feature. It was too picky. TBH. Therefore used our own custom intent to build out.
Added conditional to more clearly end session when no messages in db or continue session when messages in db
Added help function built from or modeled on the welcome function. And then used AMAZON.Help.
