This folder contains various data analysis scripts that I have used for MT severing enzymes all-atom MD simulations.
These include various python analysis/plotting, bash, tcl and R (Bio3D).
These scripts were used to analyze and plot the results which were used/published in the Article: "Factors underlying asymmetric pore dynamics of disaggregase and microtubule-severing AAA+ machines"
