Removed JET dependency from Project.toml

Test failures on LTS are because compathelper forces the latest version of the compat entries, which breaks because of JET compat still being in the project file, even though we disabled the tests. I remove this here, should now resolve. |

This pull request changes the compat entry for the
GenericLinearAlgebrapackage from0.3.19to0.3.19, 0.4.This keeps the compat entries for earlier versions.
Note: I have not tested your package with this new compat entry.
