Last release to support bash

• The first release to include the blahstbot speech-chat tool.
• Last release to claim some support for bash. Future releases will use zsh only. It is a small and easily available package to install across all Linux platforms and has superior programming features.
• First release to start transitioning towards unified configuration file for all tools.

Multilingual BlahST

This release adds multi-lingual script wsiml that allows:

• Command line (or hotkey) language choice and
• Optional translation command line flag (-t)
• Updated docs

First release, single-language input

This first release, is optimized for single-language speech input (preconfigured for fast and efficient transcription with base.en model).
