This repository contains all steps carried out for the analysis of NDVI data across Canada in order to asses environmental variance from 1981 to 2025 and how this changes within or outside of protected areas. The folder Figures includes updated figures included in the documents, which can be found in the folder Presentations. The folder Scripts contains the different scripts used for the analysis of the data, which includes data download, wrangling + annotation, modelling, and figure creation.
