fix: NRP-2697 Dependencies

In this PR:

• Package lock file is outdated, updating it.
• Adding TS 5+ as dev dependency (react-hook-form needs this)
• Bump Rollup was not compatible with TS 5+
• Bump Rollup dependencies because they were not compatible with new version or Rollup
