All 11 language files now include item-{code} keys for all 39
instruments (previously only item-musicblockcone was translated).
Also adds missing madefrom-title-brass/madefrom-brass entries
to en.json, es.json, it.json, ja.json, ko.json, pl.json, pt.json,
ru.json, uk.json, zh.json for consistency with fr.json.
