Due to the move to snakefmt >=1.0 and some ruff updates, merging this back to downstream repos may be a bit of a pain. I think, if you update the pre-commit and run it in the downstream repositories before merging PyPSA-Eur back in, it should be fine. I am planning to merge this, so this is FYI.
