Small refactor to eliminated the dated "hook group" pattern which was created before ModSystem existed proper. Functionality has been folded to relevant content classes (Ex. Biomes) where appropriate or transformed to ModSystems and organized more appropriately.
A few other small changes include splitting and renaming a number of strange orphan classes in Core, there is likely still more work to do here in the future.
