This is a real nitpick, but it might look nicer to keep the dask logo up at the right same as the other notebooks and just move the xarray logo to the next line, or remove the xarray logo entirely.

Not sure why the logo is squished, but it needs to be after the title, also added
;to .plot() calls.JS2 Binder is currently down due to a failed kubernetes upgrade so this will likely fail until that is resolved.
