Nightly Build Failures

Addresses some link failures (and ignores links that resolve just fine)

This cell !./get_data.sh notebook3 in 03-dask-xarray is failing with

./get_data.sh: line 42: wget: command not found
./get_data.sh: line 42: wget: command not found
tar: Error opening archive: Failed to open 'data.tar.gz'
rm: data.tar.gz: No such file or directory

This is because the Google drive link seems to be asking for manual verification before download (file too large to scan for viruses). I'll look into this some more. Looks like we need to use gdown
