CEA itself isn't the starter project, it generates one. Can that be worded differently?

Other options to use then? "A < blank > for getting up and running...."

• tool
• project (no starter)
• generator (though not really a Yoeman thing, so not sure if that might get confusing"

I'm partial to tool/cli/generator. Any of those 3 better describe CEA. Starter project gives the impression that they can just clone and go.
