This PR adds lesion-wise metrics to our fork of the MetricsReloaded package. This addition is to make the switch from
animato MetricsReloaded more streamlined.animaalso computes lesion-wise metrics -- having the same options in MetricsReloaded would encourage a quicker adoption of the package.
