Summary of What Has Been Done: Created test/date-utils.test.ts with vitest covering all exported functions from src/lib/date-utils.ts: formatDate, formatRelativeDate, formatDisplayDate, toDateStr, daysBetween, dateDiffDays, dateDiff, isToday, isYesterday, getThisWeekRange, getLastWeekRange, getLocalDateString, utcToLocalDate, areConsecutiveDays, and calculateStreak.
Changes Made: 181 lines of test coverage across 41 test cases including normal cases, edge cases, error cases, and timezone-aware behavior.
Impact it Made: Adds test coverage for a previously untested utility module. Ensures date formatting, arithmetic, and streak calculation functions behave correctly as the codebase evolves.
