🚀 Getting Started

1. Click here to download the latest version of the tool from Google Drive
2. Google Drive might show a warning that the file might be harmful, rest assured, it is not, so, click Download anyway
3. Run the media_controller.exe file with a double click
4. Buy me a coffee (optional :)
5. Use hand gestures in front of your webcam to control media

🧠 How it works

This tool uses computer vision (via MediaPipe & OpenCV) to detect hand gestures and simulate key presses to control media.

Palm open => Toggle Play / Pause

Thumb upwards => Volume Up

Thumb downwards => Volume Down

Thumb to the left => Previous Track

Thumb to the right => Next Track

Show 1 finger => Hold/release Ctrl key

Show 2 finger => Hold/release Shift key

Show 3 finger => Press/release Caps Lock key

• Show the Rock and Roll Symbol (🤘🏼)
• Or, close the process from Task Manager if needed
