Fix the ADC read function to not skip 50% of frames

This didn't solve the problem, I still get the half of the adc samples when compared to mmwave studio recorded file. This is a major problem in this repo for complex data acquisition and I couldn't find a solution for it yet. :/

@ekurtgl Please check out #75, this should fix the issue as I completely refactored the read() function.
I know that your comment is very old, but maybe this is helpful to anyone reading this in the future.

Thank you for the update. I don't have access to the device anymore, but I will revisit this if I start working on it again in the future.
