We could possibly go back and fix the past entries on CHANGELOG.md to match this, but that's probably too much work

Description:
After introducing the releaser within
posthog-php(PostHog/posthog-php#99), a few good suggestions surfaced as feedback on that PR.As I copied over the things from the
posthog-gorepository, this PR backports those suggestions to keep it all in sync and aid future people either copy pasting it or reading the docs 😄
