Update GLM model pricing to match current embercloud.ai/docs/pricing rates and add the new minimax-m2.5 model with pricing and config.

Description

Update Ember Cloud provider with current pricing and add MiniMax-M2.5 model support.

• Updated GLM model pricing (glm-5, glm-4.7, glm-4.6, glm-4.5) to match current rates

• Added MiniMax-M2.5 model pricing and configuration (196K context, tool calling support)

• glm-4.7-flash and glm-4.5-air pricing unchanged

• New model pricing

• Update existing pricing

• New model configuration

• Bug fix
