This is project created by hackers from Russia.

This project having full infrastructure it's:

1. Protocol description (modulating and coding)
2. Layers based developing (circuts, firmwars, behavioral model)
3. Full tests (for behavioral and hardware versions)

We have many documentations, but only russian language, but we'll fix it comming soon.

The project is in its infancy.
