Pull request overview
Adds a new documentation page to capture SIPNET parameter values across key studies and existing .param templates, with provenance/rationale notes so future “informed prior” parameterizations have a consistent place to live.
Changes:
- Introduces
docs/parameterizations.mdwith a wide table compiling parameter names, symbols, values from multiple publications, and defaults from several.paramfiles. - Adds brief guidance on intended use, scope limits, and a note that a CSV may ultimately be a better format for the table.

The next time someone comes up with some numbers from the literature or expert opinion (or calibration) they have a place to put them. While creating it I also realized that a table of priors would be most useful as a CSV ... but an md file would still be useful for documentation and rationale.
