Releases WP002 — T Theory Executive Synopsis in the public Publications artifact repo. Adds the canonical PDF, converts the manifest and README from planned to released, refreshes checksums/catalogs/routes, activates prrp.site/wp002, and updates expected publication counts. Validation: build_manifests, build_manifests --check, generate_route_report --check, verify_publications against the WP002 site worktree, and git diff --check all passed.
