Added a few small changes to plots, like removing vitalStatus from the NMF heatmaps. Also included the subtype + AUC interaction script.

Added a few small changes to plots, like removing vitalStatus from the NMF heatmaps.
Added alternate versions subtype_drivers script, one which uses a different normalization before GSEA, and another which considers only the original 159 NMF samples.
Also included the subtype + AUC interaction script.
