Addon that adds new operators to the Blender 2.8x context menu, for instance the Origin to Selection operator.
To install, download the ply_tools.py file, in Blender open Preferences > Add-ons, choose Install, choose the ply_tools.py file, and after that activate the add-on in the add-on list with a checkbox.
