Features Added

Added the following features:

• add a method in the views.py to allow user to guess the dog breed
• adjusted the background colour, image width and height
• Registered 127.0.0.1 in the settings.py to allow me to run the code outside Replit
• Updated the index.html by introducing a submission form for user to submit their guesses
• Introduced an API in the views.py which searches for breed info based on what the user entered
• introduced a timeout feature to avoid long wait in our requests
