CS2 Configs

Config Files for CS2 - Includes custom execs for custom gamemodes.

Installation

  1. Download the latest release from Github
  2. Extract the zip file and you will find various .cfg files alongside folders inside
  3. Open Steam
  4. Right click Counter Strike 2 and click Properties
  5. In the Launch Options box at the bottom of this window, insert the following:
+exec autoexec -novid -nojoy
  1. Navigate to the Installed Files tab along the left side
  2. Click the Browse button
  3. In the file explorer window that opens, navigate to the folder named game
  4. Then navigate to the folder named csgo
  5. Then navigate to the folder named cfg
  6. Then place all .cfg files AND folders from the extracted zip into this folder
  7. Launch Counter Strike 2 and enjoy!

Keybindings

Binds

For GOTV Demo Playback

Simple type uidemo into the console to load the settings specific for watching demos. You can return to regular bindings once done by entering ae into the console. DemoControls

Supported Keyboard Layout

All keyboard languages supported. This config uses the new CS2 Scancodes instead of "static" bindings.
For Example: W → scancode26

Keyboard layouts of all sizes are supported but only keys present on 60% are used.
