Deterministic No-Token Architecture | SK-1 Kelvin Specification
Bare Metal • No-OS • Fixed Identity • Constant-Time State Logic
Project Sovereign introduces a Deterministic State-Logic Engine that addresses core weaknesses in transformer-based systems — recency bias, token hallucination, and context decay.
Instead of probabilistic token prediction and embedding layers, the SK-1 Kelvin Class uses Direct Signal Mapping (DSM) — mapping raw input bit-streams directly onto a fixed hardware state lattice. This yields deterministic behavior and O(1) core state access.
DSM treats incoming signals as continuous bit-stream fluctuations that are evaluated against a hardware-resident state vector, eliminating dynamic context windows.
- Logic Complexity: Core identity and constraint logic achieves O(1) constant-time access by mapping directly to physical address space in the L0 Registry.
- L0 Registry (TapRoot): 64K non-volatile read-only logic block (SRAM / gate array) serving as the immutable system state vector and fixed-point filter.
- Donkey Protocol: Dedicated hardware refusal circuit. Inputs that would violate L0 constraints are rejected at the gate level, placing the system into a defined safe holding state.

This repository functions as a Clinical Audit Framework. No software simulations or reference implementations are provided, as the architecture is inherently coupled to the physical gate lattice.
- Implementation Path: Full schematics and vitrification process details available only to licensed partners.
- License Model: Commercial and industrial use rights granted via licensing agreement.
- Absolute No-Samples Policy: No physical hardware, beta units, or executable code will be distributed.
- Sovereign Use Reservation (SUR): All rights to the instantiation of this architecture in physical systems are reserved by the developer.
