- Adds end to end team capability support: schema structs, provider interface, env-driven handler, /teams/query, / teams/:id, /teams/:id/members, plugin loader, and registry wiring so adapters and plugins can respond like other capabilities.
- Extends provider listings/capability normalization so teams appear in /providers/team and accept pluralized routes.
- Adds comprehensive registry and HTTP handler tests plus README guidance showing how to configure/query the team capability.
