ezbake: Switch from main-> dev branch #100

main got renamed to dev. in project.clj we reference 3.0.1-SNAPSHOT. This is the version in dev: https://github.com/OpenVoxProject/ezbake/blob/f0536226729b79fa6e612c3f38e4368f34fc9bc5/project.clj#L1
This is required because the namespace got adjusted in OpenVoxProject/ezbake@857e51c
both are EoL and not supported anymore by us.
