Intended to assist humans in the process of integrating new Trove license identifiers.
Update the Trove identifiers list to include the identifiers for all licenses which are already included in some way in the OSI data in this repository. (The Trove input document has more licenses.)

I think maintainers might be happy to have an additional small helper script. Explanation how to use it is included in a comment in the source code.
The result of using the script and some additional manual work is included in a second commit. The data in this repository benefits from that extension.
