…denCaps and LindenUDP also need to have their own addin namespaces. Renamed and moved tthe ubOdeMeshing class so its consistent with the rest of the physics modules. Still some issues here with other classes but we'll get them with a refactor later.

Rework the handling of the mono addins plugin data to use XML based metadata instead of assembly attributes. When we use assembly attributes it requires assembly metadata generation to be disabled which breaks a number of dotnet core features (most notably dependency tracking). Also updated to use Nerdbank Git based versioning when generating a version number. When released this will be version 1.0. The development and feature branch work based on this will show version 1.0.x-beta where x is a git commit hash.
