Ah sorry this is just a note for me - I want to compare the different in styling before I accept the PR. I want to understand what's changed!

This change was introduced by Elias as part of the streaming work. But I think as part of a refactor. Very hard to trace. For some reason it's forcing an extra backtick into the code block.

This is probably an AI issue raised in ages past. I'm happy to merge this PR as a stable fix.
