When integrating with the power-control repo OpenCHAMI/power-control#46
It was requested that the workflow and job names make it more clear when its a snapshot releave vs a real release.
You can see in the PR's original way the names show up like:

Now with this change (and when the calling workflow is updated to maatch the example in the readme) it looks like:

So now the names will be
GoReleaser Snapshot|ReleaseReadme is updated to assume this is tagged as
v3.3
