Moon + Reader has something like this now. It's in the scroll play setting that autoscrolls text. "Auto Scroll & Speed Read (RSVP)" |

Enable Glance act as a TTS Service. With this feature you can access Settings -> Language & input -> Text-to-speech output and select Glance as a TTS Service. WIth this we can use Spritz in other applications, like Google Books , selecting Read Aloud. Instead play audio it will render a Spritz component in a floating window.
