Add generated GtfsRealtime protobuf bindings, with documentation on generating newer bindings when necessary. Write tests to properly assert that the autogenerated bindings are functioning as expected given realistic input data. Input data is modified from CTS messages, but not exact, and is intended to test deserialization of the Protobuf message rather than type/record development.

This contains a simple deserialsation test for the Service Alerts endpoint as well, although endpoints for Trip Update and Vehicle Position should be included as well.
