Releases: OCVL/F-Cell
Release 0.3.20.0- In press edition
Bugfixes and feature additions bring us to 0.3.20.0.
New features include:
- The ability to analyze amplitude at a single point, better assessing change of all cell types in response to a stimulus (e.g. for colorvision experiments)
- Versioning is now tracked implicitly, following the versioning guidelines of the community. It will now be tracked in output json files, as well as at runtime.
- Logs are automatically timestamped and placed in the results folder.
- A variety of random error messages and bugs from supporting libraries have been mitigated, such that any errors only come from FCell (easier to figure out what went wrong)
0.3.7 manuscript acceptance release
This release corresponds to the first complete implementation of the software, and the acceptance of the publication.
Full details on the citation itself will be put in the README.md when it is published.
Beta 0.3
Bunch of random fixes and tweaks, focusing on memory and better user feedback.
Many of the longest operations now have progress bars associated with them, so that you can have an idea of how long each processing step will take.
beta_0.2
This is the second beta release of FCell, one step before submission. The paper submission beta will contain the GUI for making configuration files.
First beta release!
This is the first beta release of F-Cell!
Thank you to all who contributed thoughts, feelings, and criticisms along the way. I will continue to update the wiki as the software moves toward publication.
