This repository contains a proposal, in conjunction with the CBI Northern Ireland, to establish a Digital Strategy for Northern Ireland; one that builds more specific requirements than the current UK-wide Digital Strategy. The document provides an overview of the current status, barriers, opportunities and initiatives present within the digital economy of Northern Ireland.
