Added functionality to toggle mute for input devices.
Added functionality to mute input and output devices.
Reimplemented switching default sinks.
Please note that functions for muting individual channels of input devices are untested.
Partial audio redirection code implemented.
The displaying of output streams (sink inputs, in pulseaudio terminology) is now more robust and has been fixed.
