Due to the updated dependency to Kotlin BLE Library 2.0.0-alpha14 this version requires some migration:

1. The native CentralManager.native(...) builder no longer takes Context. Instead, it takes a NativeAndroidEnvironment object. See #​170 for migration example. The sample app has now 2 flavors: native and mock.
2. :permissions-ble module now depends on the AndroidEntivonment to be available using Hilt.
