Updated API for latest version of Noos API

This version is for using a version higher than 0.2.6 of the Noos Cloud Platform.

It includes:

• new object detection (using Yolo algorithm)
• update of a few services
• new object and some updates for obtaining better data from the cloud

Noos API updated

Changes done in this version:

• Added OpenCV as an optional dependency
• Added some features of QR for more flexibility for the user
• Documentation updated and extended

NOTE: Use this version with Noos platform 0.2.6 or lower
