Initial release of the Windows time sync automation script.

✅ Features

• Select or enter a custom NTP time server
• Full configuration of Windows Time Service (w32time)
• Auto-repair if service is missing or stopped
• System checks: OS version, admin rights, service status
• Outputs system info (hostname, IP, MAC, DNS, etc.)
• Forces immediate synchronization
• Sets sync interval (8h) and ensures auto-restart on failure
