MAINTAINER_NOTE.mdto document the end of thev0.3.0milestone and the transition process forv0.4.0.Why
This is a
triage-onlysession because all planned items on theROADMAP.mdup tov0.3.0are completed. The only remaining item is publishing tonpm, which requires human intervention (NPM credentials). To strictly adhere to theMVP discipline(Do not build ahead of the current milestone), the agent has safely paused execution and requested that the project owner define the scope for the next sprint (v0.4.0).Testing
