fix ssl issue for access lists

Note

Ensure you backup your NPM instance before testing this image! Especially if there are database changes.
This is a different docker image namespace than the official image.

Changes and additions to DNS Providers require verification by at least 2 members of the community!

These changes were reported as fix by user, but they don't work. I'll try other things, I myself ran into issues while trying to fix this issue and now I'm in a catch-22 scenario.
