By default, example 1 with the actual follower robot launches the controller with motor torques enabled. This prevents manual operation of the follower robot arm motors to check it against the URDF visualisation in Vizer in the web UI. This PR updates only example 1 such that the motor torques are only enabled when the "Enable" button is pressed on the web UI.
