No code changes from v0.16.0 — same binaries. Cuts a release so the SmartScreen first-run guidance is reflected in a versioned build and this release page carries the SmartScreen block from the new template. - Unsigned-binary / SmartScreen guidance added to README, FAQ, TROUBLESHOOTING, and the versioned + rolling release-note templates. - Removed obsolete docs (NEXT_TASKS.md, placeholder mockup SVG, unused duplicate screenshot); pruned stale backup branches/tags from the remote (release tags retained).
