…ties and volume-based custom costs - switch custom cost input from custom_cost_per_sf to custom_cost_per_cf - apply custom costing on insulation volume (CF) instead of area (SF) - add labor_cost_multiplier and include custom labor in installed cost - add early RSMeans lookup to extract material properties from descriptions - implement property source fallback: user -> RSMeans extracted -> hardcoded defaults - preserve RSMeans-extracted density from EPD overwrite path - persist extracted RSMeans properties json in output features - update roof apply script, tests, and docs for renamed args and volume costing
